How to build a rugby Starting XV graphic in under 2 minutes

The Starting XV post is the one every follower actually waits for. Here's the fastest route from team sheet to something worth posting.

1. Set your house style once

Upload your badge, pick your primary and accent colours. This is a one-time step. Every card after this pulls from the same house style automatically, so you're never rebuilding a layout from scratch on a Saturday morning.

2. Paste the team sheet in

Bulk-paste all 15 names (plus reserves) straight from your team-sheet doc or WhatsApp message. Positions map automatically from the numbers, so there's no manually dragging 23 name boxes around a canvas.

3. Pick a layout

Minimal, editorial, classic, or dark typographic, whichever matches how your club already presents itself. Switch anytime; it re-flows automatically.

4. Add the opposition and kickoff details

Opponent name, venue, competition, kickoff time. If there's a sponsor plate for the week, drop the logo in and it sits correctly in the layout with no manual resizing.

5. Export and post

Download at Instagram feed size (1080×1350) or story size (1080×1920), straight to your camera roll. From opening the tab to posting: under two minutes once your house style is set.
